- FREE UK delivery for orders over £30.
- For orders under £30 the delivery cost is £3.99.
- Delivery to Europe is currently not available.
For orders outside the UK please email Pintail Candles for a delivery quote [email protected]. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to the USA or Canada.
Small UK orders are sent via the Post Office on a tracked service and you will be sent an email on despatch. Larger orders are sent by courier, which will require a signature. Delivery details and a tracking number will be sent via email.
Orders are despatched by Pintail Candles between 2-7 working days.
Our products are hand-poured on site which means occasionally items can be out of stock. This rarely happens but we would keep you informed of the situation.

On our website you can order less than our minimum order level. These smaller orders are available proforma and our minimum carriage costs apply.
UK Mainland: Orders over £200 + VAT – carriage is free.
UK Mainland: Orders below £200 + VAT – carriage is £12 + VAT.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands: Orders over £300 + VAT – carriage is free.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands: Orders below £300 + VAT – carriage is charged at cost (a minimum £20 + VAT).
Republic of Ireland: Orders over £400 + VAT – carriage is free. These orders need to be placed via the Pintail Candles office [email protected].
